What are the advantages of using a hydraulic shrink disc over conventional shrink discs?
The biggest advantage of a hydraulic shrink disc compared to a mechanical shrink disc is the enormous time saving during assembly and disassembly. Up to 95% of assembly time can be saved with a hydraulic shrink disc. When using a hydraulic shrink disc with a bayonet ring, handling is simplified even further.
